Should real estate agents not hide facts they know and we do not?

Moving from the suburbs, how many know about egress, easements, joint or common responsibilities, etc. Our real estate agent lives up here and did not tell us about any of that stuff AND, it was not clearly spelled out in the purchase documents.

They absolutely should. It is amazing how much money they make (take) and then shy away from really helping. Buyer beware in the rurals!!
